“I never felt as comfortable talking to someone about such things as I did with you.  I find it wonderful how you look past stereo types of inmates and find true beings.  To think that you will give me a chance, in spite of my history and prison time.  Your classes have done great things for me and I thank you for the time you gave me, in and out of class.”

“I fell privileged to attend your anger management class.  You give everyone a chance to express their opinions.  This gives us a chance to learn from each other as well. I do feel obligated to attend because I will learn something new every time I enter the class.”  

“Thank you for helping me with the phone calls that I needed to place.  Without your help there is no way I could accomplish straightening things out.  I know you have many other duties and don’t really need to have to do something as mundane as to watch the time tick by while someone is on the phone.  But your acts of kindness have and are helping me to put my life and my small family back together.  It is most appreciated.”
