Chip is well known to JUST, having served as a volunteer for over ten years, board member for eight years, and board president for five years prior to becoming Executive Director. Chip's tenure as president was characterized by his work ethic, leadership, and willingness to make personal sacrifices for our ministry and for the inmates of DuPage County Jail. During his tenure as president, Chip also had the opportunity to establish a rapport with key administrators in the jail.
Outside of JUST, Chip has had a very successful career, including social work and most recently a senior sales executive.

Director of Addiction Education
Yemi has a variety of experiences as a clinician and licensed therapist. She has been a volunteer and staff member with JUST as well as a Probation Officer with Drug Court, clinical therapist in a hospital setting and in private practice. Her favorite verse is Galatians 5:13: “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free, but do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather serve one another humbly in love.”
Mary Ann D'Onofrio, OM
Director of Spiritual Enrichment
Reverend Mary Ann D'Onofrio serves as the chaplain inside the jail. She is an ordained minister with over 22 years of ministry experience. Mary Ann is credentialed through the Assemblies of God Church and got her certification through Global University and the Illinois District Assemblies of God. She has received extensive training in Small Group Dynamics and has been an associate pastor at First Assembly of God in Wheaton.
Besides teaching, she brings care, compassion, and healing to the incarcerated at DuPage. Mary Ann recognizes the dignity of all human beings and believes that God meets people whatever their circumstances may be and changes lives.

Bri joined us at the end of April, 2016 and has been a real blessing already. She’s young, energetic with excellent organizational skills, and very tech savvy. She also brings previous work experience in marketing and web design.
