With over 25 years experience in Talent Development and Organizational Change, I coach, mentor and teach individuals and executives in transition. I work with individuals in developing a strong marketing plan needed for an effective job search. With deep experience in Human Resources, I partner with clients in resume writing, branding, interviewing skills and networking.
I am passionate about serving underprivileged individuals and families, local and worldwide. I have served and led mission teams to Africa, Honduras and Haiti. Currently, I lead a volunteer team of 25+ at a Chicago area food pantry and teach Job Readiness and Interviewing Skills for inmates at DuPage Correctional Center. My vision is to send the message of hope...one person at a time. For fun I love to run 5k's and 10k's and experiment with new grilling recipes.
