Andrea Best

With over 20 years in my professional passions including: fine arts, public education, small business development and more. I am most proud of my work in partnering my org with local non-profits for community initiatives addressing issues of poverty, both locally and globally. Most recently, I served as Director of Tech Partnerships for a Bay Area career coaching firm. I currently work as an independent professional career coach as I complete my formal exams for my PCC coaching certification.

Currently, I teach and assist classes inside the DuPage County Correctional Facility for both the adult men and women, notably our renowned literacy Storybook Program which keeps parents and kids connected using voice recordings and children's books mailed to each child. Serving in the jail is one of the greatest joys of my life. My vision is that each one of us does just a little bit to send out a message of Hope. I truly believe we are "better together."
